DELIVERY
Please note that the date you see or select at checkout is not the delivery date but the date the goods will be despatched. Flat-packed orders are despatched in two working days, Rigid orders despatched in 10 working days.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the Wednesday at the earliest. This is to allow time for these orders to be processed on the Monday.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Rigid, Flat Pack, Component & Rigid Delivery
Standard delivery costs on all rigid, flat pack kitchen and component orders are free or charge.
Regional Surcharges
All orders will incur the following Regional Surcharges*
*Deliveries to other regions is by exception. Please contact Customer Services for a quote.
We can deliver to your business address, direct to a site address, and we also offer delivery direct to your customers home address.

The Customer Service Team will be in touch to confirm delivery date.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON YOUR RIGID KITCHEN DELIVERY
Our transport provider for all rigid kitchen deliveries on behalf of Transform Interiors Kitchen Kit is React Transport Services Ltd. Please be advised that React TS will call the day before your order is due to be delivered, as a final check. If the specified contact does not answer or call back by the end of the day the delivery will be cancelled. React TS will then leave a voice message and send a text and await a response from you to re-book the delivery.
We appreciate your co-operation in ensuring a successful delivery. Thank You.
SPLIT DELIVERIES
In some circumstances your delivery may be split. This can happen when the order includes long items such as profiles, plinths, larder end panels etc. If you are continuing to experience split deliveries please contact info@transformkitchens.com
TRANSIT DAMAGE
In the unlikely event of any goods which show any sign of Transit Damage, please sign for the delivery as “DAMAGED” and report to info@transformkitchens.com within 5 working days.
Upon delivery it is your responsibility to check the goods, any alleged defect, shortage, fault or error must be reported within 5 working days, and before the products are used or fitted.
RETURNS
Please note that Made to Measure, Made to Order and Rigid items cannot be returned.
If you wish to return any goods to us you must email Customer Service, if return is approved we will send you a returns note, please be advised that the cost of returning any product will your responsibility. Only goods which have been approved for return may be returned to us, goods which are returned without pre-approval will not be credited, and may be disposed of.
